It is located in a peaceful area but still close to all local amenities including beach. There are many bars, restaurants and shops just 5 minutes away. very large. 1 bathroom is reserved for the owners
and the other is for the exclusive use by the guests |

Fully equipped kitchen with beautiful sea view. Complete with gas
cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and
freezer, toaster and kettle.
A full English breakfast or a continental
style breakfast is included with your stay.
If you would like Evening meals and/or packed
lunches, this can be arranged with your hosts upon arrival and are
great value for money when compared with eating out. |

Notes on accommodation
You can easily see the pool, as the lounge and kitchen look on to it so it's very easy to keep an eye on children around the pool. Cots and Highcahirs available on request.

There is a private pool with terraced area, sun loungers, bbq, garden furniture.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful secluded beach is about 10 minutes away and can be accessed by steps, road or by the Cala en Porter train that does regular visits up and down to the beach and around the town. There is a beach shop, food and drink and toilets available also umbrellas, sunbeds, and pedalos to hire.
Travel
Mahon airport is a mere 10 minute drive away.
